Meet Cathy Miller, Christian Education Director
Tell us about yourself and your family.
I’ve lived in this area most of my life. I graduated from Nordonia High School and have an MBA from The University of Akron. For 23 years, I managed several family-owned Wendy’s in the area. After we sold them in 2016, I took some time off to take care of my grandkids. I started my position of Christian Education Director in July of 2019. I’ve been a member of this church since 1999 during which I have served on many committees including head of SPRC and Sunday School Superintendent. I have been married to my husband, Rich for 34 years. We have two children and four grandchildren and are blessed that they live in the area.
What do you like most about the United Methodist Church of Macedonia?
The people, the people, the people!
What do you like to do when you’re not working?
Spend time with my friends and family, especially my grandkids and watch Jeopardy with my husband.
What is your favorite hymn?
Favorite hymn: Here I am Lord
